South Of The Border Inspired Soufflé

The Fab Fête’s ¡Viva! Soufflé is "nacho" average soufflé. Our latest soufflé flavor showcases native Texan Elizabeth's favorite South of the Border flavors like queso fresco, poblano peppers, red jalapeños, and sautéed onions. Perfect for your summer fiestas from Cinco de Mayo to Labor Day weekend, and everything in between!

The ¡Viva! Soufflé is a versatile hors d'oeuvres or side dish for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Our favorite accoutrements include corn chips, baked nopales tostadas, pico de gallo, raw jicama sticks dusted with piquin chili powder, and sliced watermelon.

  • 32 ounces
  • Available in dishwasher and oven-safe 32-ounce soufflé dish, or 2 pack 32 ounces each "refill" freezer-safe bags (without dish)
    If frozen, thaw in refrigerator until soft. Refrigerate soufflé until ready to bake.

    + Preheat oven to 325°F
    + Place soufflé mixture in a greased soufflé dish on a baking sheet
    + Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until golden brown on top
    + Remove from oven and serve immediately
