Are the cheese soufflés gluten-free?
Our soufflé mixtures are gluten free, however, they are produced in a facility that handles soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
How many servings are in each cheese soufflé?
The soufflés are 32 ounces each, and we recommend serving 8 as a 4-ounce side dish, or 12-16 as an hors d’oeuvres or snack.
How long can the cheese soufflés be kept frozen?
We recommend enjoying your soufflé within 3 months of purchase. We cannot guarantee the quality of items held longer than 3 months in the freezer.
I lost the instructions, how do I make the cheese soufflé?
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator until soft. Refrigerate soufflé until ready to bake.
+ Preheat oven to 325°F
+ Place soufflé mixture in a greased soufflé dish on a baking sheet
+ Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until golden brown on top
+ Remove from oven and serve immediately

Help! I forgot to thaw my re-fill bags overnight. How do I thaw them quickly?
Been there, done that! The quickest way to thaw your re-fill bag is to submerge the bag in a bowl of cold water. Change out the water every 45 minutes, until the soufflé is fully thawed. This takes about 3-4 hours.
I forgot to thaw my soufflé and am in a pinch. Can I bake from frozen?
Our soufflé is designed to go from the refrigerator straight into the oven. In case you forget to thaw, don't fret! A frozen soufflé will just take longer to bake. Bake the soufflé at 325°F for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
What do I serve with a cheese soufflé?
All Fab Fête soufflés may served as an hors d'oeuvre on their own, alongside other appetizers, or as a side dish to an entrée. We usually serve the soufflés straight out of the oven with lahvosh (favorite brand is Valley Lahvosh Baking Company); Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps -salty date and almond flavor; sliced baguette or ciabatta bread from your local bakery or grocer; other simple crackers, taralli rounds, and crisps; sliced Granny Smith apples, seedless grapes and / or whole strawberries.
