COOLER WEATHER CALLS FOR FONTINA & BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUFFLÉS

The Fab Fête, is launching a new flavor fit for cooler temperatures. The Fontina & Butternut Squash Soufflé will be available starting Monday, October 25, 2021 at www.thefabfete.com for complimentary two-day shipping across the United States.

The Fontina & Butternut Squash flavor combination was selected out of three potential options by a group of The Fab Fête fans at a tasting soirée in September. The freezer-to-oven soufflé is a delicate blend of buttery and nutty fontina cheese paired with the sweet, earthy notes of butternut squash and sautéed onions to create a unique dish that is sure to impress. The limited-edition soufflé will be available starting at $112 in a pre-filled, 32-ounce ceramic baking dish as well as in 32-ounce refill freezer-safe bags.

“When considering options for our winter soufflé, I wanted to create a versatile dish that everyone would enjoy as an entertaining appetizer with herbed crackers and charcuterie, a side dish served with sliced turkey, or a unique hostess gift for the holidays,” said Elizabeth Swift Copeland, founder of The Fab Fête. “We wanted to include our friends and family in the process, so we hosted a tasting soirée and asked guests to vote on their favorite. I’m so excited the Fontina and Butternut Squash was the winning combination and cannot wait to share the soufflé with our customers from coast to coast.”

Preparation could not be easier – simply thaw the frozen soufflé in the refrigerator overnight, bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes until lightly puffed and golden brown on top, and serve with your favorite accoutrements including thinly sliced apples, baguette, Marcona almonds, fruit and nut crackers, and much more.  

Fontina & Butternut Squash Soufflé is the fifth addition to The Fab Fête’s cheese-based collection. Other flavors include Signature Cheese, White Corn and Truffle, and Brio Trio.
