The best way to treat your mom this Mother's Day is to plan an adorable luncheon with all of her favorite people. It doesn't have to be a full-on production just something simple at home.
One of E's favorite meals to serve on Mother's Day is seared salmon salad with roasted red and yellow beets, cherry heirloom tomatoes, red onions, watermelon radishes, grilled baby carrots with rosemary pecorino breadsticks. So easy to recreate at home and delicious. It wouldn't be a Fab Fête without a cheese soufflé!
