Last week the Fab Fête hosted a mini soirée at our sister company's, Swift + Company, warehouse. The event was an opportunity for TFF insiders to try all of our cheese soufflé flavors along with a sneak preview of potential Fall flavors.

Our very own hostess extraordinaire, E, conceptualized the decor months ago envisioning hanging boxes and a table hanging from the ceiling as the showstopping display for the seven soufflés and accoutrements. 

Guests had the opportunity to sample our three staple soufflés (Signature Cheese, White Corn & Truffle and Brio Trio), our Summer seasonal ¡Viva!, and the three contenders for our Fall soufflé flavor: 1) Fontina, Butternut and Onion 2) Cheddar, Apple and Thyme 3) Gouda, Spinach, and Roasted Pepper.

After sampling, guests were asked to vote on their favorite flavor of the three and the winning soufflé flavor would become our limited edition Fall flavor. Everyone had a fabulous time trying all of the food, sipping on libations from Swift + Company Catering, and debating on which flavor they thought was the best.
